What is the advantage of drinking soy milk over organic milk?

Q. What is the advantage of drinking soy milk over organic milk? – Vicky

I’m a new convert to the organic lifestyle and trying to become informed. What is the advantage of drinking soy milk over organic milk? I only use it a couple times a week on cereal. -Vicky

Hi Vicky,

Cow’s dairy is highly allergenic, meaning that it is difficult to digest and results in proteins that frequently cause allergies. “Organic” gets rid of the hormones and antibiotics in milk but does nothing to resolve the casein protein as an allergen issue.
